The Scottish Parliament is the Legislative Branch in charge of creating and amending laws through acts. The Constitution of the Republic of Scotland vest all legislative power to the Scottish Parliament. The Scottish Parliament has 550 members from 170 Constituencies in the Republic of Scotland. The Scottish Parliament is located at Holyrood in Edinburgh.

The first parliamentary elections took place on the 1st of October Year One and their first act pass was the Scottish Constitution Act Year One which established the Constitution of the Republic of Scotland.
